Error Drive Api integration using IDOAuth2 and Rocketbot RPA Software

Good morning.
I am working on a DriveApi integration using IDOAuth2 and Rocketbot RPA Software.
Sometimes I get the following error "Cloud DNS customers attempting to use new public ManagedZones are non-functional", what would be the solution for this case?

There has been an incident that began at 2023-06-28 09:25 and ended at 2023-06-28 14:34 (all times are US/Pacific). It should be resolved by now but you can check the update here as well.
