Help with Error "This action couldn't be completed. [OR-CBAT-23]" When Enabling Billing

Hello,

I'm encountering the error "This action couldn't be completed. [OR-CBAT-23]" when trying to enable billing in my Google Cloud Console. I'm currently trying to enable and use APIs like Google Maps, but I am unable to complete the billing setup due to this error.

Details:
- I have multiple payment methods (cards) linked to my Google Cloud Billing account.
- All payment methods appear valid, and I’ve verified that the cards are active and up-to-date.
- Despite updating my cards and ensuring proper billing information, I keep receiving this error.

I’ve checked my payment methods, and they seem correct. However, the error persists.

Can anyone help me understand why this error is happening, and what steps I can take to resolve it so I can proceed with enabling the APIs I need?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

As @Roderick,  mentioned in the case Error OR-CBAT-23, certain cards and banks might not be supported based on your country or region. To see which credit cards are accepted by GCP in your location, refer to the "Currencies available for Cloud Billing auto-pay accounts" page, which provides detailed information about payment options for your area.
