Don't have any project, but can't create any project

Dear Sir/Madam

I can't create any project, In the banner of the https://console.cloud.google.com/ there is an error with this content: "A potential violation of our Acceptable Use Policy has been detected for multiple projects you own".

I got some emails related to suspension last year, and removed those projects (I had not created them myself; they may have been related to some plugins).

Ultimately, you can file a ticket through the Support Center page.

I still have this issue. I created ticket that year, 2023 and today. I talked with billing, support and Account&Security team. And everyone told me that it related to another team and mentioned this link: https://cloud.google.com/resource-manager/docs/creating-managing-projects#creating_a_project
