Getting issue with billing budget alerts

Hi Team,

Monthly we are getting GCP billing for the GCP projects we are getting one GCP billing alert we have not enabled any services in GCP, Please let me know were I have to check this and which services its consuming.And please let me know where I have to raise the ticket for GCP Billing .

Regarding usage report, you could find it from Billing Console: https://cloud.google.com/billing/docs/how-to/reports
