Google Arcade Issue in Incognito Window

I am experiencing an issue with Google Arcade while using it in an incognito window. I have opened the lab in an incognito window, but it is showing that I need to open it in another incognito window, which I have already done. I have already started my lab and am not able to complete it.

Could anyone please advise on how to resolve this?

Hi @Madhulika,

Welcome to the Google Cloud Community!

It sounds like Google Arcade is not recognizing your incognito session, even though you're following the correct steps. This issue may be caused by one of the following:

  • Session or authentication cookies not being retained correctly in the incognito window
  • Multiple incognito windows or tabs creating session conflicts
  • Browser extensions or privacy settings interfering with session detection

To resolve this, please try the following:

  • Close all existing incognito windows and open a single new incognito window, then access the lab again
  • Ensure third-party cookies are allowed in incognito mode
  • Temporarily disable browser extensions that may affect cookies or privacy
  • Try launching the lab in a different browser or on another device
  • If you’re using a corporate network, check your firewall settings
  • If the issue persists, consider checking out the Qwiklabs Help Center for further assistance
