Sign up for private preview of Cloud monitoring metrics in BigQuery (Ops Analytics)

Hi Friends in the Cloud Ops community,

We would like to invite you to join the private preview of Ops Analytics, our upcoming managed way to sync any metrics in Cloud Monitoring to BigQuery (including ALL Prometheus metrics!). With metrics data no longer siloed, you can now use SQL to do things like correlate operational data to billing data for get cost breakdown of your GKE clusters, namespaces and pods, manipulate your metrics data in Looker, or join metrics data to any arbitrary data in BigQuery.

How is this different than observability analytics ?
Currently we can use monitoring dashboards using metrics data. 
Need to understand in detail.
