Can't scale GKE

Our GKE workload is saying Insufficient cpu but in the quotas we are well under the cpu and memory limits. We requested a cpu increase because we were hitting the cap, now we are not and it still says we don't have enough resources.

Regarding your concern about insufficient CPU, this is one of the main failures; however, this could be caused by multiple situations. To mitigate this risk, the GKE metadata server is annotated and sets resource limits that ensure it is last in line for eviction in this scenario. This could happen if many Pods are scheduled to start at the same time. In order to fix this, you can follow the troubleshooting guide
