API endpoint to create vlan attachments?

is there an endpoint for this process to generate pairing keys? Docs only show CLI and Console instructions, and I can't find an endpoint.

nevermind, it's in interconnect attachments. doc should be updated with api instructions though. can't delete or edit my post.
