Access to History or log in Google SAS API

Hello team I am interesting in know if is possible to get access by api access to a History or any status change or any alert system from Google SAS

From the SAS Portal, when you open a deployment under some organization, select any CBSD. On the right side there are various tabs: Config, Status, Coex, and History.
