Cant get apt-key

When I execute 

 

curl https://packages.cloud.google.com/apt/doc/apt-key.gpg | sudo gpg --dearmor -o /usr/share/keyrings/google-keyring.gpg

 

on my virtulal machine to add deb repo I got 403 error.

Also curl https://packages.cloud.google.com/apt/doc/apt-key.gpg response with

The error  Error 403 (Forbidden)!!1typically means that indicates that the request lacked proper authentication or lacked the necessary permissions to access the URL. 

Could you double-check if your VM's settings were correctly configured upon startup? Kindly run the commands in this document - Before you begin.

Also, please review your VM's network settings and firewall rules to ensure outbound traffic (egress) is not being blocked.
