Cbrs radio - wipe serial from sas cloud

Hello, I just set up a baicells 846 cbrs radio. The sas approval rejected the approval request stating that the radio serial number was already registered. Purchased it online. Any idea how to get the radio approved?

If you have a GCP customer care plan, I would recommend opening a ticket with them. If not, I can look further into this for you. I could understand being reluctant to share a CBSD serial number via the community forum, so please send me a direct message with the details so that I can investigate further.

i have the same issue with a baicells 430i.   Is there a way to resolve this?
