Cloud storage bucket recovery after deleting a project

Hello everyone,

I'm having trouble with the bucket recovery. I deleted a project with some backend resources that were determined not to be used anymore. After two weeks (before 30 days!), we found that many pictures in Cloud Storage were served by HTTP unexpectedly, like `https://storage.googleapis.com/.../.../.../xxx.jpg`.

So, I recovered the project urgently and attached a billing account. I also saw the warnings that some resources might not be recovered.  I prayed.. Finally, some resources came up, but the bucket didn't come up.

Can anyone help me to recover the bucket, if possible..?
