Configure Service Account to Query Live Broadcast YouTube API

Hi,

Currently I need help to attach my Service Account to my Channel. I'd like to query our LIVE Broadcasts via YouTube v3 API using Service Account. I have created the Service Account and Download Key JSON to our App but failing in requesting Live Broadcast List with following error message:

The service youtube has thrown an exception. HttpStatusCode is Forbidden. The user is not enabled for live streaming.) ---> Google.GoogleApiException: The service youtube has thrown an exception. HttpStatusCode is Forbidden. The user is not enabled for live streaming.

Hi, @gpdipalmerahtim.

As far as I understand from your error message, the issue doesn't appear to be related to the service account. Could you confirm whether the user is allowed to live stream on your YouTube account? Also, is it possible that the channel has received a Community Guidelines strike?
