Configure Service Account to Query Live Broadcast YouTube API

Hi,

Currently I need help to attach my Service Account to my Channel. I'd like to query our LIVE Broadcasts via YouTube v3 API using Service Account. I have created the Service Account and Download Key JSON to our App but failing in requesting Live Broadcast List with following error message:

The service youtube has thrown an exception. HttpStatusCode is Forbidden. The user is not enabled for live streaming.) ---> Google.GoogleApiException: The service youtube has thrown an exception. HttpStatusCode is Forbidden. The user is not enabled for live streaming.
