We need to export an image into our storage bucket, so we can download that image, and we encounter this resource exhausted error twice. We've been searching for the answer in the web, most of the discussion related to this type of error is about VM starting (well, it makes sense, coz new VM starting must use new resource allocation)
But, we got no definite answer, why an export operation can cause this resource exhausted error. We've tried to wait, and try again with similar result. So any suggestion, what should we do to complete this exporting operation?
