An option here is to first create a self-managed SSL certificate resource using the certificate and private key provided by Cloudflare.

Then you can set up an external HTTPS load balancer pointing to an unmanaged instance group where the Wordpress VM can be added.

Follow https://cloud.google.com/load-balancing/docs/ssl-certificates/google-managed-certs

I can support creating a load balancer and configuring a Google-managed SSL certificate. I have good experience in Odoo and WordPress Ecommerce Site in GCP.

Updating the Google managed SSL certificate takes just 45 minutes of work in GCP. If a self-learner needs to spend more than two or three days, There are numerous sources available on YouTube and Google.
