Hello,

We are facing issue with creation of Cloud Scheduler
there no me-central2 region and we cannot create it using Terraform or gcloud

How we can solve this issue?

It's not available in your region that's why you can't create it using terraform, you should have done a precheck about services to be used while  infrastructure design and planning
