Upon checking your error message, it was saying that it may be a browser or network issue which gives you a link on how to troubleshoot it using this link[1]. You can check the link and follow the instructions and try it again.

I also observed that if billing is not enabled it was also showing the same error. If by chance your billing is not enabled, I suggest enabling billing to use this resource. You can use this link[2] as a guidance to enable your billing in your project.
