Exception:

java.util.concurrent.ExecutionException: com.google.api.gax.rpc.UnavailableException: Operation with name "operation-1650542607635-5dd28e5d09501-d7c6dd46-35ee8786" failed with status = HttpJsonStatusCode{statusCode=UNAVAILABLE} and message = SERVICE UNAVAILABLE

Hi, samarjeet. Can you add a Service Account via the UI console? Of what product is the instance? Also, what documentation are you following?
