Hi,
I have my business domain purchased via Google Domains. It worked perfectly, but at some given point I had to migrate it to Google Cloud Domains, since I needed to programmatically handle third level domains via GKE etc etc.
The problem happened when I did the transition: regardless the fact that I am almost sure I did it, apparently I missed to confirm the registrant email, so the domain is suspended.
The big problem is that the registrant email is on the suspended domain, so I cannot have any verification email.
At this point I have tried to use `gcloud` command, precisely `gcloud domains registrations update`, which sends me an email to the new address, I click to confirm, but the operation is stuck in `pending` state.
This is incredibly annoying, it's happened on Jan, 6th, and I can't get any Google contact. I wanted to purchase support, but my fear is that the process would send any communication to the email on the suspended account and I will keep on being stuck, but paying customer service.
Any chance someone can help please ? Thanks

If you have no access to the registrant email, you can follow this guide on how to change the registrant contact email.

If you are listed as the registrant contact but have lost access to the domain, use the form on the Google Domains support page to contact the support team. After verifying your identity, the support team can reinstate your access.
Hi @Marvin_Lucero , thanks for the reply.
I have followed the guide, and I ended up in a pending state for my changes, which I can't unblock.
I have also _already_ filed an ticket at Google Domains support, more than a month ago, but this got no effect 😕
I'll open another, though.
