How to monitor Ubuntu 4 VM in Hetnzer

Hi All,

My 4 VMs are running in Hetzner Cloud

I have monitor 4 VMs of ubuntu OS running on it and some data is also running in all 4 VMs.

I want to write a shell script on that 4 VMs whether they are Up,Down like ping

That script should check daily or every hour about 4 VMs is Up,Down or Not

Please give me some link or tips how can i write it

and Shell script i will keep in jenkins job to daily it will chec

This community is dedicated for Google Cloud not for Hetzner Cloud.  If you have Google Cloud related cases, feel free to ask. If not, I would suggest to either ask on similar forum dedicated for Hetzner Cloud or try to write shell script by you, based on https://www.shellscript.sh/.

Ok you only tell me if im running 4 vm in google cloud, just replace hetzner with google cloud what will u response

I would say, use uptimecheck. More info here: https://cloud.google.com/monitoring/uptime-checks
