How to request official and test CBSD certificate

My company's 5G radio product had get FCC certificated using the test certificate which is expired now, we would like to request a new test CBSD certificate. But we would also want to request an official certificate for our CBSD product . Where should we look for? I cannot find an entry on the SAS Portal console. Thanks!

Have you confirmed that the test certificate does not work? Expired test certificates should still work with the test SAS.
