I created my web site on Google Cloud Console. When i try to open shows "no healthy upstream"

I created my web site on Google Cloud Console. When i try to open my site the message "no healthy upstream" appears. The instance group shows 0% healthy Any help?

The site was working, until i tried to change some configurations. I tried to configure load balancing, DNS, etc., without any result

Regarding your concern, can you share what kind of deployment you have for your website? You mentioned that everything is working fine before the new configuration, what are the changes you have created before the issue appeared?

Lastly, is there any documentation that you are following for these configurations? If yes, can you please share it.

Dear Vann, thank you for the reply. 

I solved the problem by deleting all and re-creating, following again the Google directions.

But still my site appears as "Not secure", when trying to open it. Also the browser indicates that "Certificate is not valid".

I have a previously issued Active certificate and I tried to issue new one but it remains in Provisioning stage. I followed all directions and trying to solve the issue since long time.

I would appreciate for help
