I've upgraded my VM to a large CPU and memory now my wordpress stopt loading

Hi all,

I wanted to upgrade my VM because my website was finally gaining some traffic. So I've upgraded my vCPU and memory of my VM. But after upgrading my website stopt loading anymore and I also cannot acces my ftp files. 

 

Hope some one can explain whats going on.
