Locked out of SAS portal

This morning while trying to access our company SAS portal I was presented with the "switch accounts"  Our company CTO who set up the account and should be an admin is also presented with the switch accounts.  The Google SAS help email we were originally provided does not work anymore.  We have no way to access the account to check admin status or to see why we are being locked out.   Can someone please contact me to assist.

Hi there,

This issue most commonly occurs when you are logged into multiple email accounts in your browser. I would recommend accessing the SAS Portal via incognito or private browsing mode to ensure you are only logging in using the correct account. 

James as your the only person I see posting can you please at least point me to someone who can assist with resetting our SAS portal access?

For privacy reasons, please send me a direct message with the organization name in the SAS Portal,  the list of users who are supposed to have access, and a description of events that lead up to this issue.

Please feel free to open a ticket with sas-support@google.com. Make sure to mention that I asked for an exception to be made and ignore the auto-reply directing you back to the community forum. Please include the information I previously mentioned

Its not a login issue.  We are literally locked out of the account.  We need assistance in checking admin status .  I have been trying to get someone on support for two hours this morning that has the ability to check the account for us and reset admin privileges.

We are currently completely lost in the migration from Google SAS to Google Cloud??!  If possible I need help from someone who has the ability to either reset our legacy SAS account, check admin status or assist in whatever migration process needs to happen.
