Monitoring Windows server - Can't detect Ops agent

Hello,

I am trying to monitor a Windows server VM on GCP. I installed the agent and it seems that it is running.

But from the monitoring page it is not detected.

I noticed the following error on the server. 

 Can anyone help me to solve this?
