Sync Google Account to New Windows AD

Hi all,

please help, i am newbie on gcp, i have get error when try sync gcp to our new AD server. the error is like below

Can’t access LDAP directories because you don’t have the permission required to use the Google Cloud Platform connector. For access, contact your admin.

please help me about solve this issue.
