I had a wordpress deployment on GCP using "Click to Deploy". A few months back there was some issue with the billing account, which was corrected recently. But now the VM instance is no longer showing in the list.
I can still see the wordpress deployment under deployment manager. It also shows the VM name there, clicking on it, it redirects to the VM instances page with the error "Failed to load"
What could be the issue here? and possible ways of getting the VM back?
Hello did you get to fix this issue, I am encountering the same problem 😞
Hey ChrissyNRG and ankitkhedekar
This issue has a few possible explanations, the documentation here talks about how changing or altering a billing account can affect Cloud Marketplace purchases, which may be what happened with ankitkhedekar's WordPress VM.
However this "failed to load" VM instance error can also sometimes be resolved through clearing browser cache and cookies, re-enabling the Compute Engine API, disabling ad-blockers and even just triple checking which Google account is logged in. Here are some links to forum discussions about those solutions.
Hope this helps!
Did you find the solution for this?
I am facing the exact problem, my VM instance just disappeared in thin air like it never existed.
.
Hi. Have you solved the problem? Is there any way to fix it? (sad)
Hello I have the same problem:
There was an error while loading xxxxxxx. Please try again.
How did you fix it? Going through internet I have seen that an answer could be one of the following:
Bu unfortunately it doesn't work on my case. Any other ideas/suggestion?
use a different browser
Doesn't work bud, tried every solution available, it's even tied to the deployment itself.
