VM with three network cards

Good morning,
excellent forum, congratulations.

I have a problem with a VM with three network cards, three different VPC networks.
Two interfaces have public IP, wan1 and wan 2, the third is LAN only.
My problem is that from wan1 I receive calls from the internet, on wan2 I can't publish anything, it doesn't receive packets from the internet.

The firewall rules are correct.

Where am I wrong?
