What DR solutions does GCP provide as a backup option for an on-premises / bare metal setup

One of my clients is looking for a DR solution in GCP for their on-premises / bare metal setup with 30+ VMs and 50TB Storage. They want to move away from their local IT provider for DR to a DR solution on a public Cloud Vendor.  Requirement is high RTO (3 hours)  and low RPO (0.75 hour).

From what i know i am aware of a DIY solution if you will with GCE VMs in GCP and storage also in GCP with replication (Hot or Warm DR Strategy). Is there any managed DR service in GCP? I am aware of Actifio Go is it rebranded to Backup and DR Service in GCP meaning are both the same. Moreover this service only supports DR for services that exist within GCP from what I know.

Unfortunately no. There is no managed service for DRs for bare metal, provided by Google Cloud and you are right, that Backup and DR is a service targeted for resources existing on cloud. In my previous job, I've also used Veritas backup "NetBackup" https://www.veritas.com/protection/netbackup
