Hello,
I'm searching for the document on how to spin a Windows 10 VM on GCP. But I couldn't find one. I have Windows 10 license and VMDK/ISO file. Can someone please guide on how to create a Windows 10 VM ? Thanks.

Hi, I think you'll need to look into importing your VMDK file first: https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/import/importing-virtual-disks#importing_virtual_disks
And then you'll be able to create a VM using your image that you uploaded as a VMDK file: https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/instances/create-start-instance#create_a_vm_from_a_custom_imag...
Hope this helps.

There is no Windows 10 image on GCP. In most cases, the Google compute enginee VM is used as a server, not as a desktop. That's why desktop OSes like Win10, Win7 are not available on cloud platforms.

I could find images for vmware, virtualbox, hiper-v..but which one should I use?
thanks.
