something went wrong with my billing, i didn't get around to fixing it for over a month. i came back to find my VM instance is gone. all my data is gone. i need it recovered. please help. i did not expect google to delete all my data, i did not receive any email about this, it's just gone. VM instances isn't even enabled on my project anymore. it's all wiped out. please help!

Google Cloud Billing accounts can be suspended for violating the terms of service, failing to pay, or suspected fraud. A suspension will also halt all associated Google Cloud resources. If the account remains suspended for an extended period, some resources may be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. For more information, see the "Resolve Cloud Billing issues" page.
