Icons for Drive UI Integration have disappeared. Now returning 404

I've had a Google Drive app for several years with no issues around the correct icons showing up for the app in the "Open with..." menu and other Drive locations where the app is listed. Suddenly, the links to those icons are returning 404. 

Can this be fixed without re-uploading the icons in the Drive UI Integration form? I'm concerned about triggering a new review of the application, because Google now requires a third-party audit of Drive apps, which would be very expensive.
