Hi everybody,
On January 30 I've received an email from twilio-notifications with the subject: [Plan Update] Your Twilio SendGrid Legacy Package Will Be Converted to a New Plan on March 1, 2025
According to that communication my Free Package Google 25,000 emails/month will be converted to something that will allow me to send up to 100 emails per day for free.
We are using this service and it is deeply integrated to our systems, so obviously (and happily) we choose a nice plan called Essentials 50K to upgrade and at that point the problems started: in the Twillo SendGrid user interface the changing or upgrade option does not show.
I asked Twillo for support but they found a problem with the Free Package Google and told me: [..]contact Google support for further assistance, especially if there are specific constraints related to the Google Free Plan. They can provide more detailed guidance tailored to your account setup.
That plan has more than 10 years and there is no reference to it today in google, so I am in a loop.
So, here the question:
Is anyone in a similar situation and if so, did find any solutions or tips to follow to solve the problem?
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hi @jpp ,
I'm sorry you are running into this issue. I think you will need to contact Twilio Sendgrid for this question. It sounds like they had a legacy pricing package, but now are switching that to their most recent pricing. From what I can tell, this is all on the Twilio side. If it is something specific to a Google product, please specify which Google product you are buying the service through, and we can try to help you find the right team to answer your question.
Thanks,
Scott
