I have reviewed my profile on Google Cloud Skills Boost multiple times Previously, I had 76 points, but in the latest Insider Mail, it shows that I have only collected 46 points.
This discrepancy is quite disheartening, as I have worked extremely hard to achieve Premium+ status. Losing a point unfairly undermines my effort. I kindly request you to look into this issue and correct the error if possible.

If you checked using unofficial calculators, it may be that the value they displayed was considering that you were registered in the facilitator program. From the difference you are showing, it seems to me that you were not registered in this program.
The best way to know exactly how many points you have is by contacting support (the ? icon on the top bar of the website https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/)
Unofficial calculators help to get an idea of your points, but they can fail (and, so far, there is no official calculator)

You don't have 30 points
You had 29.5 points, you only need to do 1 more skill badge to reach 30 points
There is no system of roundoff of points you have 29 points only. If you check it earlier then you only have to do is one more skill badge.

I am raising wrong arcade points issue again and again after every insider mail in the last 3 months (ticket ids: #4440436, #4410178, #4373406) and every time Support executive say, “Due to a technical error, the most recent insider email unfortunately misrepresented the arcade points showing lesser points than the actual total.”
As of now Final insider mail mentioned 47 credits but Support executive replied:
"I have checked the details with dedicated team and please check the point details below -

Arcade Lessons Points: 4
CDL Points: 5
Game Points: 15
Special Game Points: 4

Since 3 months I am raising this issue In every Insider mail I am getting 30 points less maybe because of 30 Skill Badges done during Monsoon challenge that only match exact 30 point less issue. But Support team gives same excuse every time & give assurance of in next mail it will be corrected.

Prize Counter emails have not been sent out yet. As mentioned in this post, they will be rolled out soon.
My total points including bonus points are 75.
But the mail that I received today by Arcade Insider was showing 56 points, mentioning bonus points were included.

I’d like to provide some clarification regarding the points calculation. If your email reflects a total of 56 points, it indicates that you did not register for the Arcade program under a facilitator. Consequently, instead of achieving 75 points, your total remains at 56 points.
Registering under a facilitator grants bonus points upon reaching certain milestones. Achieving 56 points suggests that you were not registered under a facilitator, which is why you did not receive the additional points for the Premium Milestone.
To assist further, I’ve attached a detailed screenshot containing additional information that might be helpful.

I checked my points before the ending of event, they were 75. Now in Insiders Mail i got just 56.
They haven't added a single point from my Arcade Facilitator Bonus points which is exactly 19-20. This will resolve the issue.

I would like to understand why I did not receive any bonus points, while my friend did. We both started with the same amount of points, but my friend had a few extra points when the event ended. He finished with 42 points, while I ended up with only 30 points. Despite this, he received around 19 bonus points, whereas I did not receive any. Can you explain why this happened? Now, he has a total of 61 points.
