@Yugali I am writing to bring to your attention a discrepancy in my My Arcade 2024 points tally. According to the points calculator, I have earned a total 30 points, but the email I received shows only 24 points.

Could you kindly review my points tally and provide me with the updated details? If needed, I can share any additional information or proof to assist with the verification process.

You have 24 points only the calculators you are using is not authorized by Arcade team and are unofficial. After looking into your profile I get to know that you have done many Skill Badges after Dec 25, 2024 which will not be counted towards the Arcade Points count.

Also it was mentioned on the arcade page to complete all games by 25th

Thank you for your response. However, I would like to point out that I could not find any information stating that skill badges earned after December 25, 2024, would not be counted towards My Arcade Points.

Could you please provide clarity on this rule and where it is mentioned? This will help ensure transparency and avoid misunderstandings in the future.

You might have not seen in the Arcade Badges that the last date complete them is Dec 25, 2024.
Also, the Event Manager shared the last date to complete all the games/badges is Dec 25, 2024. You can look into this post:

In future as well the announcements made by Event/Community Managers are final. Keep checking their latest posts.

No you really had 24 points...

As only the badges completed upto 25 December are counted for points, the badges you have completed from 26 december aren't considered for points, as per the announcement

If I had to guess when the Arcade Prize Counter, my guess is that it might be later today for me. Since I'm currently in Guatemala, it might be the next day for you who are East of where I'm in currently. I also don't expect the week to be over this week without it opening. Let's see how I did once it happens. People need to learn to be patient and less anxious. Assuming it is first come, first serve basis, ordering early does provide an advantage in terms of receiving the swag maybe, slightly earlier. Everything I mentioned are potential scenarios which might not pan out in reality.

I didn't manually subscribe to the arcade Mail, but I do receive insider mails about my points.

@Yugali I am writing to inform you that I am yet to receive my Insider mail, even though I have subscribed for mails and have 30+ points according to my ppl. Kindly look into the issue and help me as I have invested a lot of time into this event, and it would be very disheartening if I would not be eligible for any swags.

If you look at the point calculator, my points are 18(inlcluding 2 bonus points), but the email I received from the arcade said it was only 16 point(including all bonus points)

Bonus is only for people who were enrolled in facilitator program @shivamlohia
Can you confirm you filled a form in july and participated infacilitator program also name your facilitator.

Yes, same question from my side also. We sticked to our commitment and worked hard to earn points, it's nearly a week and no update in this regard. Its high time that they should drop notification regarding this as it was supposed to open in December according to arcade mails.
