Access Denied to Cloud Skills Boost via Google Cloud Arcade

Hi,

I'm encountering an issue with Google Arcade. Whenever I click any "Start" button to access a lab, it redirects me to Cloud Skills Boost, but I always get the message: "Sorry, access denied to this resource."

Is there a specific reason for this, or any steps I can take to resolve it?
