I got the knowledge about the basic working of the Labs and performing the tasks. Learned how to create VM instances, Firewall,s and Clusters using both Cloud Shell Command-line and Navigation Menu. I also learned about setting up Network and HTTP Load balancers. This was really a great experience and it helped me enhance my knowledge.

In this quest l learned about the basics of Google Cloud Platform.

I learned about Virtual Machines and GCP Essentials in the Creating Virtual Machine Lab. I completed Getting Started with Cloud Shell and gcloud Lab and learned about Basic Cloud Shell Commands and SSH Commands. In the Kubernetes Engine Lab I learned about Managing Containerized Apps with Kubernetes Engine. Learned about creating, deploying application and deleting Clusters.

The Lab which I enjoyed the most was HTTP Load Balancers Lab where I learned about creating multiple web server instance and configure load balancer. I created a HTTP load balancer in the Lab.

I enjoyed and learnt a Lot from this Quest about Kubernetes and HTTP Load Balancers.

I was introduced to new topics and learnt many new concepts in the lab related to Cloud.

Thanks to Google Cloud, Qwiklabs and @emily927 for bringing such fun and learn challenges.

the thing i liked the best in this quest is Table calculation

In the Table Calculations you can construct your custom metrics(like evaluate to a number, date, string etc..)

What’s one new thing you learned from the badge?:

Deploying an API proxy on Apigee MPs communicates the status of API proxies to the Apigee Watcher, which then sends that status to Google Cloud and the management plane, which is something new I learned from this badge.

I'm new to API tools, but completing this badge has given me a great overview of Apigee, and I'm excited to learn more about it.

Looker helps in visualising in a easy and Comfortable manner and also it has features like merging different dashboard and lookers in a single clean dashboard for easy visualisation.

We can make the dashboard with various filters, aggregate functions.
Also we can see the data in various types of visualisations like table,bar,chart and map etc.,

I have been part of the cloud community for the last 6 months, and it is always so fascinating to learn about the new stuff we get to learn through the platform.

What’s one new thing I learned from the badge?

Being a budding developer I am always on the lookout for new things to access and process making things seem effortless and clean.

Through this challenge I learned several ways to deploy and monitor applications including how to: explore IAM roles and add/remove project access, create VPC networks, deploy and monitor Compute Engine VMs, write SQL queries, deploy and monitor VMs in Compute Engine, and deploy applications using Kubernetes with multiple deployments approaches.

I got this badge - Applying BigQuery ML's Classification, Regression, and Demand Forecasting for Retail Applications

I had learnt about BigQuery and made a Linear Regression Model in BigQuery in another quest a long time ago, but in this quest, I not only revised the previous concepts I had learnt but I also learned about the ARIMA modelling and demand forecasting / time-series modelling in general.

this quest helped me understanding how the looker tool helps to explore,share,and visualizing the data. i also came to know that looker uses the sql(data modelling language),so it helps in analyzing data in a faster and efficient way.

Hey Google Cloud Community!

This is the first time I have entered into the quest of qwiklabs and i felt it amazing to do the some crazy stuffs in google cloud. I got opportunity to explore the LOOKER. Throughout this lab I learned how to use Looker to visualize data using Explore as well how to work with Dimensions and Filters to select and filter data. I was able to learn how to merge the primary query with other query and was able to use the pivot dimensions, removes columns and do the table calculations. Thanks all!
