Arcade Certification Zone not registering

I just received an email stating:

"We are glad to have you at The Arcade Certification Zone. However, according to our most recent records, it seems you have not completed the challenge yet. If you have, well done! If not, this is your last chance to give a to boost your Google Cloud Certification journey!"

However, I have completed the Arcade Certification Zone (https://www.cloudskillsboost.google/public_profiles/7fa2214f-8854-411a-b9d9-148544aae35c). 

Why isn't it registering and how do I get the discount?

You can ignore the message if you see the badge in your profile. This is a mass email and evidently sent indiscriminately to everyone, without checking the actual completion status. Who knowns from what date the "most recent" records actually are 😄

Seems like they are not updated very frequently indeed. 😅
