Can you break down this as it is mentioned in arcade page points system column 
1 Game Badge = 1 Point, 1 Trivia Badge = 1 Point, 2 Skill Badges = 1 Point

By this calculation the above mentioned will be 2 + 4 + 10 = 16 points right
