Arcade Points (Star Symbol) Missing from Old Account

I'm noticing a discrepancy between my old and new Arcade accounts. My old account shows badges and progress, but no points (star symbols). However, my new account, which has no badges or progress, displays star symbol with 0 points.

Is there a reason why points might be visible on an account with no badges or progress, while an account with badges and progress doesn't show points?

The star refers to another parallel game where you get points by completing lab and quests during a week, and depending on their number, you move between leagues up or down.

New accounts are automatically signed to that game, while the older ones may require manual activation.
