I have completed 52 Arcade points.
I am not part of the Arcade Facilitator Program,
but I have completed Facilitator Milestone 3 (15 bonus points).

Can someone tell me how many total points I have -> 52 or 67?

If you haven't signed up for the Arcade Facilitator program then it will be 52 points and not 67.

If you haven't registered in Facilitator program then there is no Milestone 1/2/3 or Ultimate milestone for you. You will not get any Bonus points even if you complete Ultimate milestone if you are not registered.
So, your points are only 52 not 67.
