3. Select user query, and then other
4. Give your details, in the description mention that I didn’t received the prize counter email, I have these many points.
5. select “The Arcade” option from the dropdown and click on send
6. An agent will come and talk to him/her also Share the email screenshot which has your total points.

When will be the 8 week gap starts. I mean jan 26 to 8-10 week ( receive swag approx. in April )or jan 1 to 8-10 week ( receive swag approx. in march )

By using the same link you can track the order as well but the tracking system is not that much good so just wait for the delivery partner's update.
