Arcade Swags Ordering Problem

Hi Emily,

Today I have ordered my swags from the unique link that I have received but somehow after I have ordered my swags in the product details page I am only seeing 1 item instead of two. I had 30 arcade points in which I have selected a Google Cloud H1 Jacket and a Google Cloud Clever Pen. Now I am seeing only the Google cloud clever pen and no jacket. I don't know is it supposed to show me like this or is there a problem in ordering. Any help from the community is appreciated. Thank You.

Printose have replied back and they have mentioned that " due to some technical glitch, the order confirmation page didn't reflect the products" and hence they have updated the order details. My problem is sorted and printose have worked really well to sort the problem out. Thanks Printose. I will suggest you guys who are still facing this problem, just directly mail to printose and they will fix it for you. I hope it helps. Thanks guys for the support and yes see you all in cloud 😊

Same problem... @Emily  I ordered a jacket for 25 points and I have 27 points, but in my Product Detail, they showed only Support for Pratham, which is 1 point .so the available point is 1. Screenshot 2023-07-02 094252.png Screenshot 2023-07-02 093859.png
