Arcade for Partners

Hello Staff!

I wanted to ask that will the skill badges that we have earned with partner skillsboost account count towards the arcade program? As we dont need to have credits there and i am in a partner organization.

I am doing it from my personal ID now because i dont think there is a benefit of doing it with the partners account.

I think the arcade for partners works normally, I completed the first milestone last season with my partner account and it counted correctly.
What I understood is that this season had an extra challenge for partners, but to this day, I haven't received any update regarding this.
However, only the skill badges completed during the current season will count, if you earned skill badges before this season started, these badges will not count towards your progress this season (but this is valid for both partners and others).

 Actually the arcade for partners this season started on 22nd july 2024 at the same time  when facilitators program started.

From what I understand (I could be wrong)

• For both Facilitator and "for Partners" you need to be participating in the regular Arcade. I have no idea how to know if you are actually subscribed or not.
• Facilitators is a program that helps you earn more points. There was a sign-up period to participate and it is now closed. If you are receiving email updates with the milestones you have reached, it means you are enrolled.
• "for Partners" is a program to encourage Partner participation in Arcade, where the first 1,000 partners who complete the first milestone before August 31st (this was the description that was on the page before) would earn extra swag. There was a sign-up period where you had to fill out a Google Form with your partner email. I have no idea if there's a way to know if you're actually signed up for it.

If by any chance you had already earned a Skill Badge to try to earn certification vouchers (I did some) BEFORE before July 22nd, these Badges will not be counted for this season. 

Last season, I received the link to redeem swags based on the milestone I reached using my partner email. I haven't received it yet, but I was able to place the order.

The link itself, I believe, makes no difference. The main advantage of using partner links is that you can do it without having to use credits. Since the games and trivia are free, there is no problem using the normal link.

As far as I understand, the points count is done by analyzing your public Skillboost profile, the important thing is that the badges appear there.
