Urgent: GCP Associate Cloud Engineer Exam Result Pending for Over 5 Months

Hello,

I'm writing to express my disappointment because it's been over five months since I took the GCP Associate Cloud Engineer exam, which is part of my university curriculum. For more than five months now, I've been seeing the message on the site: "Your exam result must be confirmed by Google before being considered final."

I've contacted Google Cloud Support more than ten times, but I've never received a response.
What can I do to resolve this issue?

Have you tried checking on the certmetrics website? https://cp.certmetrics.com/google/en/login
and on the Credly website to check if your badge appears there? https://www.credly.com/earner/dashboard

This message will never go away, but you should have received an email confirming it (but I have never heard of a case where a person had a status on Kryterion as Pass and Google changed it)
