I have no received mail from arcade.please help. my gmail is (PII Removed by Staff).

This issue may have occurred because you didnโ€™t sign up with your email on the official Arcade website, which is essential for successful registration in the Arcade program.

Additionally, ensure you have configured your Cloud Skills Boost profile settings correctly to receive emails. Check if the following options are enabled in your account settings:

  • Send me occasional product updates, announcements, and offers
  • Opt me in for extended time accommodations when applicable

If these options are not enabled, please activate them to avoid missing important emails, such as those related to the Prize Counter.

If you didnโ€™t subscribe your email on the official Arcade website, I recommend reaching out to their chat support for assistance. They should be able to help resolve the issue.

I go through chat support. It say now it is not possible 

In that case, thereโ€™s nothing we can do now. Make sure to follow these steps carefully when participating in the next arcade season.

Check spams and quarantine , also look out for qwiklabs emails as well

No one has got till now

If you have subscribed to Arcade and also received previous month's Insider mails then reach out to Chat support/support@qwiklabs.com.

As you mentioned you have not subscribed to Arcade in another post that means you will not get any mail regarding Arcade Dec 2024 cohort. Make sure to subscribe in next cohort which will start soon.
