I am preparing for ACE certification and would like to know if they ask questions based on CLI commands. While most CLI commands follow a consistent format, and it's easy to remember the format itself. However, knowing all options is a lot to remember and recall. I am looking for guidance before I invest a lot of time learning and memorizing the commands.
Along the same lines, do we also need to learn and remember all predefined roles and permissions?

Yes, there are some questions about the CLI, but you do not have to memorize all the syntax. You are just expected to recognize the correct command to accomplish a task from several ones being proposed. And definitely, they are not tricky. No detailed knowledge of one-letter parameters is required.
Yes, there are some questions about the CLI, you just have to remember the groups and subgroups so that it's easier to identify the correct command.
