Got the same message when I contacted support the guy came back and had the response that I didn't meet the criteria. What criteria do you have to meet to learn?

Attach the error screenshot and ask them to correct this error so that you can do more skill badges and game badges.
Acutally this thing came to you when you enter your DOB. According to that DOB, if your age is less than 18, you are not eligible for the program.
If you are older than 18, try finding some way to change that DOB, or just mail the support team about this issue.
Got the same issue. Was also looking for temporary solutions, but to no avail.

I thought, you had this issue earlier so just wanted to know how it got fixed. I mean, how we can change the wrong DOB?

Just had the same problem they wouldn't explain what was the reason why I didn't meet the criteria just blocked me from the course. I'm 41 not 12 it makes no sense. told me there going to block my account. what criteria do you have to meet to learn

guys ,did you get your account back ? it says the account is gone forever and this was my college account and i have courses to complete . if anyone knows solution please help .
Check the dob on your google account if you are using it to sign up.
