Cannot redeem credits.

i did the steps but credits were not added, please help @Savvy @carrie

Hi, 

Follow the below steps : 

Open an Incognito window. Copy the link in this incognito window. Paste the Code in the dialog box and click the button. Then you will see the option to Sign in at the top right corner. Sign in into your google account. Click on profile, and open settings in a new window (right click settings, open in new window). Click on Subscriptions & credits. You should see 9 credits in your account. It confirms that you followed the steps correctly till now. Go back to the main window (the first one). Start one of the labs (maybe the first one). Complete the tasks & questions. Make sure you spend at least 5 minutes in the labs. After spending 6-7 minutes in the lab, Click on End lab (or complete the lab, in any case, time spent should be more than 5 minutes. Go to the second window in which you opened settings > subscriptions & credits. refresh it. You should see the remaining credits are updated. 

Follow these steps carefully, and you won't face any issue. Cheers!

Thanks for replying, I did all the steps as u said above but the credits weren't added.

I also got same another mail whose code worked and the credits were added

@kakarot56 if you still facing issues try to sign out from your account and sign back in.
